3,3',4,5'-Tetrahydroxystilbene (I) and 3,3',4,5'-tetrahydroxybibenzyl (II), isolated from the heartwood of Cassia garrettiana Craib (Leguminosae), showed inhibitory effects on antigen-induced histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells in vitro. The inhibitory effect of I (IC50 = 30.2 microM) was much stronger than that of II (greater than 100 microM). Compound II, as well as I (IC50 = 7.3 microM) reported previously, also inhibited the histamine release from human peripheral basophils induced by anti-immunoglobulin E (IgE) in vitro, and its IC50-value was 68.0 microM. These results suggest that the trans-olefin structure in the molecule may be necessary for I to have an inhibitory effect on histamine release. Considering that disodium cromoglycate did not show any significant inhibitory effect on anti-IgE-induced histamine release from human basophils, the strong inhibitory effects of I in both tests are of considerable interest. 相似文献

Three macroreticular polystyrene-based resins with amino- or imino-thiazole and thiazoline groups as the functional groups have been prepared. The resins are highly stable in acid and alkaline solutions and have high selectivity for mercury(II). In the presence of hydrochloric acid, sorption of mercury attains equilibrium fairly rapidly, the time for 50% uptake of mercury being 3-6 min. There are practically no interferences. In a column operation, mercury is quantitatively recovered by elution with 0.1M hydrochloric acid containing 5% thiourea. Poly(p-benzamide) with a defined molecular weight and a low polydispersity and a block copolymer containing this well-defined aramide was synthesized. Phenyl 4-aminobenzoate, which would yield poly(p-benzamide), did not polymerize under the conditions of chain-growth polycondensation. However, phenyl 4-(4-octyloxybenzylamino)benzoate (1b) polymerized at room temperature in the presence of base and phenyl 4-nitrobenzoate (2) as an initiator in a chain-growth polycondensation manner to give well-defined aromatic polyamides having the 4-octyloxybenzyl groups as a protecting group on nitrogen in an amide. It was confirmed by a model reaction that deprotection of this protecting group proceeded completely with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) without breaking the amide linkage. The utility of this approach to poly(p-benzamide) with a low polydispersity was demonstrated by the synthesis of block copolymers. Thus, phenyl 4-(octylamino)benzoate (1a) polymerized in the presence of 2 and base, followed by addition of 1b and base to the reaction mixture of the prepolymer to yield the block copolymer of 1a and 1b with a controlled molecular weight and a low polydispersity. The block copolymer was treated with TFA, resulting in a soluble block copolymer of poly(N-octyl-p-benzamide) and poly(p-benzamide). The SEM images of the supramolecular assemblies of the block copolymer showed mum-sized bundles and aggregates of flake structures. 相似文献

A polystyrene-based macroreticular resin containing phenylalanine groups has been prepared and its analytical properties have been investigated and compared with Dowex A-1. The phenylalanine resin shows high selectivity for mercury(II) and copper(II) in the pH region 2-3. The sorption behaviour of copper has been examined in detail, with the intention of using the resin analytically. The important characteristics of the resin are fast equilibration, high selectivity and small volume change between its hydrogen form and metal forms. These enable it to be applied for the rapid concentration of trace amounts of copper in the presence of large amounts of diverse metals. It may be used for the determination of copper in sea-water and the separation of copper/cobalt and copper/nickel. 相似文献

The excitation-energy-hopping (EEH) times within two-dimensional cyclic zinc(II)-porphyrin arrays 5 and 6, which were prepared by intermolecular coordination and ring-closing metathesis reaction of olefins, were deduced by modeling the EEH process based on the anisotropy depolarization as well as the exciton-exciton annihilation dynamics. Assuming the number of energy-hopping sites N = 5 and 6, the two different experimental observables, that is, anisotropy depolarization and exciton-excition annihilation times, consistently give the EEH times of 8.0 +/- 0.5 and 5.3 +/- 0.6 ps through the 1,3-phenylene linkages of 5 and 6, respectively. Accordingly, the self-assembled cyclic porphyrin arrays have proven to be well-defined two-dimensional models for natural light-harvesting complexes. 相似文献

In the presence of a stoichiometric amount of CrCl(3) and trimethylchlorosilane (TMSCl), nucleophilic addition of arylzinc compounds 1c-h to arylaldehydes 2a,b,g smoothly proceeded at room temperature to yield corresponding benzhydrols 4a-f in good yields. From arylzinc compounds 1a,b, 3-aryl-1(3H)-isobenzofuranones 3a-f were given by the CrCl(3)-mediated reaction with arylaldehydes 2a-f. Diaryl ketones 5a-e were obtained in good yields by the addition of excess amount of benzaldehyde as an oxidant to the resulting solution after the CrCl(3)-mediated reaction between arylzinc compounds 1c-g and arylaldehydes 2b,g was completed. In the nucleophilic additions of arylzinc compounds 1a,d,f to alkyladehydes 6b-f, the treatment of arylzinc compounds with CrCl(3) was required prior to the addition of the aldehydes in order to prevent the fast protodezincation of arylzinc compounds by the enolizable aldehydes. In these CrCl(3)-mediated nucleophilic additions of arylzinc compounds to aldehydes, arylchromium(III) species are probably reactive intermediates. 相似文献

The regioselectivity (r.s.) and enantiospecificity (e.s.) of the substitution reactions of secondary propargylic alcohol derivatives using reagents derived from ArMgBr and Cu salts were studied. First, the picolinate, 3-methylpicolinate, and diethylphosphonate derivatives of Ph(CH2)2CH(OH)C≡CTMS were reacted with PhMgBr/CuCN in ratios of 2.5:2.7–2.5:0.25. The use of 2.5:0.25 ratio in THF/DME (6:1) at 0 °C for 1 h afforded the α-substitution product from the phosphate with ≥98 % r.s. and 99 % e.s. CuBr⋅Me2S gave similar selectivity. The reaction system was then applied to phosphates derived from R1CH(OH)C≡CR2 and ArMgBr to obtain synthetically sufficient r.s. and e.s. values with R2=TMS, Ph, whereas iPr was borderline in terms of size as an R1 substituent. The presence of a substituent at the o-position of Ar marginally affected the selectivity. We also found that the use of PhMgBr/Cu(acac)2 in a 2:1 ratio in THF produced the γ-substitution products (allenes) with high r.s. and e.s. 相似文献

Propylene was polymerized with the catalyst system (C2H5)2A1C1/ VCk/ anisole at -78°C using various conditions. The resulting polymers were successively extracted by diethyl ether, hexane, and heptane, leaving the residue. The polymers of the four series were characterized by intrinsic viscosity, gel permeation chromatography, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, and by differential scanning calorimetry. The combined evidence from the various methods indicates that this catalyst system leads to stereoblock polymers which can be fractionated according to stereochemical composition and sequence length. 相似文献
